I volunteered to design a logo for an independent artist's latest book, "The Witch and Loaf Cat". I used a mix of fonts to represent the two characters, with the handwritten-looking font inspired by television shows such as Bewitched mixed with the bold and blocky shape to represent the cat, which is shaped like a loaf of bread.
We felt it was important to include some of the artist's illustrations in the image to get a better feel for the art style of the comic.
I also produced an outline version of the logo for use on social media.
